Morning tea on arrival with  Dr Mike Stephens from Meridian Agriculture presenting a succession workshop followed by lunch with guest speaker Alexandra Gartmann.  Alexandra was previously the CEO with Rural Bank,  a member of the Prime Minister's Community Business Partnership, a Board member of the Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria and was Chair of the CSIRO Agriculture Advisory Council. Currently her positions include Chairing the Victorian Agriculture and Climate Change Council, a Non Executive Director with Nufarm and Deputy Chair of the Australian Wool Testing Authority.  She works tirelessly to be a champion for rural and regional Australia.
