GIRLS + GRASS

COMING SOON . . .

PPS recognises the essential contribution female members make to agriculture and our rural economies.  In 2016 PPS, at the request of members, established the Girls & Grass Advisory Group to work closely with the PPS Committee of Management to enhance group events and activities.

The G&G AG aims to;

  • support members in building confidence and leadership skills.

  • provide opportunities for rural women to network, learn and share ideas.

  • promote agriculture as a positive career choice.

Rural Bank has sponsored this group since its formation enabling PPS to employ a casual facilitator to implement G&G activities.

The events have increased the value and relevance of PPS to ALL members of the family farm business.
