Although this workshop stand on its own it is a follow on from Carlyn Sherriff's presentation at the PPS 14th Annual Conference the previous day, Tuesday 5th September. At the conference she will be speaking about finding good employees on farm and how to keep them by being a preferred employer.

Topics to be covered in the conference presentation include;

  • Managing Teams
  • Communication
  • Creating performance standards

Carlyn Sherriff is team leader, people & succession for Pinion Advisory in Clare, SA. She has skills in people management systems.  She is motivated by building and developing relationships for long-term outcomes.  Carlyn also has skills in business planning, strategic planning and benchmarking for agribusiness. 

The workshop & Carlyn’s conference presentation are supported by Agriculture Victoria.

There will be a minimal charge to cover expenses. A suitable venue will be booked when we have final numbers.
