Sub soil amelioration project - funded by the A W Howard Trust

Established in 2011, the site is trialling the sub soil treatment of ripping and adding a soil ameliorant in a lucerne pasture. It is based on work in cropping soils by Dr Peter Sale of LaTrobe University. The first year results have shown positive gains in the treated replicates.
